My Sheltie has been treated by Dr. Robinson and Laura since 2002. They are kind, devoted, hard working, animal loving people. The cost of treatment at their clinic is remarkably low. In the past I took my dog to 3 other vets and while the quality of treatment did not vary much, the cost is always way more affordable at Dr. Robinson's clinic. I am very disappointed by the vicious, demeaning comments posted here. Dr. Robinson and Laura were excellent when my dog was bitten by a bull terrier and had to have an emergency surgery to repair a deep neck wound. Their kindness and compassion were outstanding when a distraught elderly woman walked in with her puddle just hit by a truck. Dr. R. examined the dog, provided the woman with the referral to an animal hospital to have the x-rays done to rule out hip dislocation and gave her medication for the dog to manage pain. All of the above was provided free of charge and without any expectation to be paid back, since the woman was not asked for her name and address. Then Laura called the cab and stepped out of the office to help bring the dog to the cab and pay the driver for the trip, because the owner of the puddle did not have any money on her. Laura and Dr. Robinson are always nice, attentive, kind and polite to all their patients. I have never seen anyone being mistreated or yelled at their clinic.

I have brought my dog and cat to this clinic for last 5 years. Very kind stuff, very good doctor. They really love animals. I'm glad I found this clinic. When we were refused in other clinics, doctor operated my dog successfully and saved my poodle. They do everything for our pets and I always recommend them to my friends. No disappointment. I can't believe previous reviews. That's strange, these bad reviews were written by people, who visited this clinic only once. If your pet has a real problem, here it can get efficient help and nobody will insist for unnecessary procedures for extra money. What is important for me - real help for my pet and a good vet, whom I trust. Here I nave this.

I brought my previous dog here (now passed on) and now bring my precious dog here, and recommend them to anyone who asks me for a vet. They may not be fancy or high class, but they are to the point, and aren't out to rob you. If you dog needs something done, they will tell you, if he/she doesn't they will tell you, and they will even tell you when to stay home and what you can do at home yourself.

I dont know what was up with that other person I have a feeling it was a personal thing. The staff is very small but very personable , they truely give great care to your pets. amazing memory they always remember me and my pets. never have to ask my name or rarely have to refer to the records they remember every little thing. the doctor can be quiet but he is very kind , great with the animals and very truthful and honest.They have never ripped me off and they are very dedicated hard working and it shows!!!

Notably good service experience The most honest Vet I have ever seen. Dr. Gordon loves animals and specializes in tea cup and toy breeds.
